Outstanding Course and Instructor January 29, 2012
Reviewer: Nathan Blodgett from Costa Mesa, CA United States
This is my second course with Richard, and my first with live fire. The shotgun training was excellent, and took me from little experience to a level of confidence where I may operate a shotgun without any questions.

Instructions were clear and concise, and the range training was an absolute blast. My very first shot with a shotgun hit precisely; by the end of my first day of shooting a shotgun, I was shooting with greater than 60% accuracy on clays.

I would highly recommend this course for anyone interested in shotguns, and I have already booked Richard’s rifle and pistol courses.

More bang for your buck! October 31, 2011
Reviewer: Karen G. from Long Beach, CA United States
I did not regret spending my Saturday taking Richard’s shotgun class. His straight-to-the-point delivery style made the day an enjoyable experience. The information presented throughout the course was very easy to follow; elementary school-aged children wouldn’t have a problem following along. Having Ruger, his 4-legged friend tag along with us throughout the day was also a plus!

From a woman’s perspective, I would like to add how beneficial this class was to me. It can be very intimidating walking into a gun store, but with Richard’s guidance, I felt confident in making an educated purchase towards my first shotgun.

Excellent! September 29, 2011
Reviewer: Joey M from Santa Ana, CA United States
I was shooting the shotgun like it was a rifle. I can't believe how much easier hitting the clay birds are now that I know the right way. Richard did a great job explaining the techniques. The live-fire coaching is spot on. He has an eagle eye for spotting problems.
